This restaurant sells its own brand of craft beer made with Yamaguchi’s renowned water, Hagi salt, and citrus fruits. Nagisa Ale is blue in color to reflect Kikugahama Beach in Hagi, and it makes a great gift item. In addition to beer, we also offer deep-fried nerimono skewers and fish paste, a Hagi specialty, among other things.
