Kakigori (shaved ice) is an old favorite in Hagi. The key to its flavor is the syrup, which is made by hand using techniques handed down from previous generations. When kneaded into the ice, its sweetness is exquisite. We also offer some 60 different treats all year round, including summer orange milkshakes made with Hagi summer oranges, red azuki bean milkshakes, and deluxe milkshakes. We also sell okonomiyaki and takoyaki.
