After working at a soba restaurant in Tokyo for 14 years, the proprietor opened his own restaurant in Katsushika, Tokyo. Later, in 2007, he opened a restaurant in Hagi. It offers a taste of Tokyo based on 35 years of experience. The restaurant’s offerings include zarusoba, tenzaru, and duck nanban, as well as rice bowls and soba/udon meal sets.
