Our restaurant is on the grounds of Shoin Shrine. We sell not only udon, soba, and other meal dishes but also Shoin Dango, a delicacy made with homemade yuzu miso sauce! Our restaurant also displays numerous artifacts related to Yoshida Shoin so diners can learn about the history of Hagi while enjoying their meal.
