All of Dondon’s noodles are made fresh and boiled in our own kitchen. The slightly sweet soup broth is so good you could eat it daily without tiring of it. Our menu includes a wide variety of dishes, including udon with meat, udon with meat and tempura, bukkake udon, and rice bowls. Wakame musubi, a local Hagi dish, is a standard accompaniment for udon.
