Ottilia Stephens is a British expat currently living in Hagi. She works as Coordinator for International Relations at Hagi City Hall, and enjoys all the beautiful nature and historical culture that Hagi has to offer. She writes about life in Hagi and the seasonal events which happen in our city. Ottilia enjoys illustration, and as such illustrates these posts herself, in the hope that others will find the beauty in Hagi that she sees.
